Industry Negotiation with Water/Power LLC

Apparently the City of Industry is negotiating with a Limited Liability Corporation managed by a San Diego-based housing developer. The Oversight Committee tasked with getting the highest and best use fair market value for the land–as well as residents, groups, and neighboring cities–feel like they are in the dark. Meeting delays have held up the Oversight Committee on the Tres Hermanos sale to the City of Industry. This has residents worried about what is going on behind closed doors. Chino Hills State Park has had a spectacular wildflower bloom this year with the extensive rains.
