Apparently the City of Industry is negotiating with a Limited Liability Corporation managed by a San Diego-based housing developer. The Oversight Committee tasked with getting the highest and best use fair market value for the land–as well as residents, groups, and neighboring cities–feel like they are in the dark. Meeting delays have held up the Oversight Committee on the Tres Hermanos sale to the City of Industry. Chino Hills State Park has had a spectacular wildflower bloom this year with the extensive rains. In this Chino Champion article, Hills For Everyone Executive Director reminds State Park visitors to stay on the trails and not to pick the wildflowers.
