The County of Orange released its Draft Preliminary Climate Action Plan (CAP) for a 21-day public review and comment period. Comments received on the Preliminary CAP will be used to evaluate measures in the Final CAP developed in conjunction with the California Environmental Quality Act process. The comment period ends August 21st.
