Part one is this special slide show and presentation, Flowers of the Puente Hills, by Docent Bruce Everett on Thursday February 16, 2017 at the Whittier Central Library (See Thursday’s meetup announcement and visit the Whittier Central Library for a free ticket to reserve your seat)  Learn all about the flowers blooming in our local hills as seen in Mr. Everett’s stunning photography.

Part two is this month’s nature hike on Saturday morning, February 18, 2017.  Join our docents on a special hike highlighting the flowers blooming in our preserve.  It is the perfect followup to Mr. Everett’s pictorial presentation.
