Apparently the City of Industry is negotiating with a Limited Liability Corporation managed by a San Diego-based housing developer. The Oversight Committee tasked with getting the highest and best use fair market value for the land–as well as residents, groups, and neighboring cities–feel like they are in the dark. Interesting to note that the LLC’s name is: San Gabriel Valley Water and Power LLC. Is Industry still looking at reservoirs or a solar farm for the land?
