Not all wildlife encounters are the same. You may find a baby bird out of a nest, you may witness intimidating behavior or there may be more–you might consider reporting each of these, but to different agencies. Sick or injured animals go to rehabbers. Aggressive behavior gets reported to your local animal control. And, actual attacks should be reported to Cal Fish and Wildlife.
