Creation of the Puente Hills Regional Park into a passive park facility (minus the gondolas and fluff) just got a boost from the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors with $28.3M for Phase 1. The Supervisors and community seem pleased with the effort and the fact that it will “transform an environmental injustice into an asset.”
