Yorba Linda has an entrance to Chino Hills State Park at Quarterhorse. Take Yorba Linda Blvd. to Fairmont. Turn north on Fairmont toward the hills. Turn left on Quarterhorse Drive and right into the parking lot.  Parking is free.
