SB 266, Hills For Everyone’s Chino Hills State Park expansion bill is on its way to the Governor’s Desk. A solid shout out to Senator Josh Newman and Assemblyman Phillip Chen for advocating for this bill’s passage through both houses. What does this mean? The Governor has until October 10th to veto or sign the bill. How does the recall play into this? It doesn’t because the outcome of the election won’t be certified before the legislative deadlines of signing/vetoing bills is reached.
