Conservation Plan Gets First Thumbs Up

We wanted to report that on Wednesday, there was the first of three approvals of Conservation Plans written by the Orange County Transportation Authority that permanently protects 1,300 acres of land and restores nearly 400 through a mitigation program. Chino Hills State Park has received funds for two restoration projects and is currently managing the 296-acre Hayashi Preserve in Carbon Canyon.
