Hills For Everyone has guided the efforts of a volunteer-based group, Protect Our Homes and Hills, in efforts to stop the Esperanza Hills and Cielo Vista project.  Residents mainly cite public safety, evacuation, fire, water and other environmental concerns.  OC Register reporter John Drummond highlights their efforts in a recent article. County of Orange Release Cielo Vista FEIR

The County released the Notice of Availability for the Final EIR for Cielo Vista on Wednesday, November 18. Download the documents and provide substantive feedback before the project is considered by the County Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 9th. Yorba Linda Postpones Decision
