Meeting delays have held up the Oversight Committee on the Tres Hermanos sale to the City of Industry. Oversight Board Wants Answers from Industry

The plot thickens… “What are you (City of Industry) going to do with Tres Hermanos?” asks the Oversight Board. They demand knowing the City’s intentions with the land since there is no deed restriction or conservation easement ensuring the land will STAY open space.
