Power Company Files Suit

Looks like the solar company that had been in a deal for the mega solar factory on Tres Hermanos with the City of Industry is upset at the new joint acquisition. Escrow closed on the Tres Hermanos property on February 11th between Diamond Bar, Chino Hills and Industry, but the San Gabriel Valley Water and Power Company wants a judge to issue a preliminary injunction.
