The developer of the Esperanza Hills project is proposing to simply update the Greenhouse Gas section of the Environmental Impact Report to remedy the inadequacies of the document. The Plot Thickens. An email from the County: “The Cielo Vista public hearing has been removed from the May 10, 2016 Orange County Board of Supervisors Meeting Agenda. Future notices will be sent out upon rescheduling the item for public hearing.”
