We are so grateful to the sturdy residents of Yorba Linda who have been fighting to save their neighborhoods and the State Park. Thanks too to the legal team, Kevin Johnson and Jeanne MacKinnon, who continue to win in Court–even as we lose the vote at the Board of Supervisors on the Esperanza Hills housing project. Board of Supervisors Hearing

Protect Our Homes and Hills will be at the next Orange County Board of Supervisors Public Hearing on the Esperanza Hills project. Wear your red shirt! NOTE: We anticipate this to be the date of the hearing on Esperanza Hills, but it won’t be confirmed until 10 days prior to the meeting (by September 15). We will also request a time certain for this agenda item and will update this post when we have it.

Esperanza Hills Overturned Again

We are proud to have been a part of this effort. Clearly based on these comments, Supervisor Do has already affirmed it will be approved again–and there is more to do. So without reviewing the new information, Supervisor Do has already made up his mind. This was a disgusting display by Orange County leadership.
