One week ago, Hills For Everyone and other co-petitioners got the decision from the judge that indeed, the City of Brea had violated its own planning laws. The judge filed a minute order, which requires the winners (us) to file a ruling. It was filed by our attorneys at Shute, Mihaly and Weinberger last Friday.
