The City of Brea has released the Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that will analyze a project proposed by Aera Energy. Aera owns 265 acres at the juncture of Carbon Canyon and Valencia. The land includes the Christmas tree farm along Rose and the oil fields on both sides of Lambert Road.
