Hills For Everyone urges Yorba Linda residents to sign this petition to stop the conversion of designated Open Space to other uses like housing. Sign the petition by July 1st. Yorba Linda Friends: If you’ve been following Esperanza Hills project (340 hillside houses), the Yorba Linda City Council will hear an administrative report on the project’s request for grading and encroachment rights on city-owned open space.
