With the latest news (released through an investigative reporter) of a solar farm and reservoir for Tres Hermanos, the City of Industry, doesn’t appear to want to divulge information publicly–especially to neighboring cities impacted by the plans. Industry Negotiation with Water/Power LLC

Apparently the City of Industry is negotiating with a Limited Liability Corporation managed by a San Diego-based housing developer. The Oversight Committee tasked with getting the highest and best use fair market value for the land–as well as residents, groups, and neighboring cities–feel like they are in the dark. Tres Hermanos Wait Continues…

Meeting delays have held up the Oversight Committee on the Tres Hermanos sale to the City of Industry. This has residents worried about what is going on behind closed doors.  Hills For Everyone Executive Director Claire Schlotterbeck states they are “in a dance.” Read the San Gabriel Valley Tribune article.
