Oversight Board Wants Answers from Industry

The plot thickens… “What are you (City of Industry) going to do with Tres Hermanos?” asks the Oversight Board. They demand knowing the City’s intentions with the land since there is no deed restriction or conservation easement ensuring the land will STAY open space. Tres Hermanos Sale to Industry

On Thursday (September 8th), we anticipate the City of Industry to unanimously approve the purchase and sale agreement for the transfer of the Tres Hermanos property. The land was originally purchased by the City’s Redevelopment Agency more than 30 years ago. With Redevelopment Agencies now dissolved by state mandate, the City had to come up with a new plan.
