Hills For Everyone has guided the efforts of a volunteer-based group, Protect Our Homes and Hills, in efforts to stop the Esperanza Hills and Cielo Vista project.  Residents mainly cite public safety, evacuation, fire, water and other environmental concerns.  OC Register reporter John Drummond highlights their efforts in a recent article.
